  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau
  • Coarse salt
  • Finely grated lime zest
  • lime slices

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a small pitcher, combine 6 tablespoons tequila, ¼ cup fresh lime juice, and ¼ cup Cointreau. Stir well to mix.

    If desired, rub the rims of two glasses with a lime slice, then dip the rims into a plate of coarse salt mixed with finely grated lime zest to coat.
