Sign up for a free account, open Meal Plans, and create a new plan. Add recipes from search results or your kitchen, assign them to days, and activate the plan when you are ready to cook.

Does Plan n Cook generate a shopping list from my meal plan?

Yes. Each meal plan includes a shopping list that combines ingredients across your planned recipes, with quantities scaled to your servings. You can check items off as you shop.

Can I share my meal plan with others?

Yes. Publish a meal plan from your public kitchen so others can view it, or share featured plans you find on the site. Signed-in users can copy a public meal plan into their own kitchen.
