Plan N Cook uses Mailchimp for marketing email services.

- Used to create permitted copies or forks within Plan N Cook.
Please do not include personal information in publicly accessible content unless you want that information to be public.
10. Recipe Copies and Forks
Plan N Cook allows users to create copies or forks of certain publicly shared recipes.
Once another user has created a permitted copy or fork, that copy becomes separate from the original for purposes of account management.
Deleting your original recipe or your Plan N Cook account will not automatically delete copies or forks previously created by other users.
Personal information identifying you will not be retained in those copies merely because you deleted your account, except where retention is required or permitted by law.
11. Account Deletion and Public Content
You may request deletion of your Plan N Cook account by contacting:
When your account is deleted, personal information associated with the account will be permanently deleted or anonymized, subject to limited information we may be required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
Content that you previously chose to make public may remain available on Plan N Cook after your account is deleted.

Copies or forks previously created by other users may also remain.

Public content may remain in anonymized form as described above.
