Plan N Cook is operated by Infinidyn Inc. ("Infinidyn," "Plan N Cook," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Plan N Cook provides tools and information that help users discover and organize recipes, maintain personal kitchens, create meal plans, create shopping lists, share recipes and other content, and perform related food-planning activities.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based Plan N Cook Services.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
Some Plan N Cook features require an account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to maintain reasonably current account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Free Services and Future Features
Plan N Cook currently provides its core recipe and meal-planning Services without a subscription fee.
We may add, modify, discontinue, or introduce features or services in the future.
If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, applicable pricing and any additional terms will be disclosed before you purchase or subscribe to them.
5. Recipes and Cooking Information
Recipes and cooking information provided through Plan N Cook are for general informational purposes.
Cooking times, temperatures, ingredient quantities, serving sizes, results, and other recipe information may vary based on ingredients, equipment, preparation methods, altitude, environmental conditions, substitutions, and other factors.
You are responsible for following appropriate food handling, preparation, cooking, and storage practices.
6. Nutrition and Dietary Information
Plan N Cook may categorize recipes and other content using terms such as:
- Paleo
- Keto
- Vegetarian
- Vegan
- Gluten-free
- Low-carb
- High-protein
and other dietary classifications.
These classifications are provided for informational, organizational, and meal-planning purposes.
Dietary definitions vary, and classifications may be based on recipe ingredients, automated systems, editorial review, user submissions, or combinations of these methods.
We do not guarantee that a recipe carrying a particular dietary classification will satisfy every interpretation of that diet or be appropriate for every individual.
7. Allergies and Food Intolerances
Plan N Cook does not guarantee that recipes, ingredients, or products are free from allergens or cross-contamination.
Manufacturers may change ingredients or production methods without notice.
If you have an allergy, intolerance, or other dietary restriction, you are responsible for:

- Confirming ingredient suitability.

Never rely solely on a Plan N Cook dietary classification when making decisions involving a serious food allergy.

Information concerning diets, nutrition, calories, nutrients, weight management, meal planning, or health is provided for general informational purposes.
Nothing available through Plan N Cook should be considered a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have specific nutritional requirements.
9. Nutritional Information
Nutritional information displayed by Plan N Cook may be calculated using ingredient information, serving estimates, third-party data, automated calculations, or other sources.
Actual nutritional content may vary based on:

- Ingredient substitutions
- Serving sizes
- Preparation methods
- Measurement differences
- Product reformulations
Unless expressly stated otherwise, nutritional information should be treated as an estimate.
10. User Content
Plan N Cook allows users to create, upload, save, publish, or share content, which may include:

- Photographs
- Kitchens
- Meal plans
- Ratings
- Comments or descriptions
- Other contributions
Collectively, this is "User Content."
You retain ownership of original User Content that you create.
By making User Content public through Plan N Cook, you grant Infinidyn Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, index, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve Plan N Cook.
This license also permits the operation of Plan N Cook features that allow other users to interact with, save, or create permitted copies or forks of public content.
11. Recipe Copies and Forks
Plan N Cook may allow users to copy or "fork" publicly available recipes.
When you make a recipe available in a manner that permits copying or forking through the Services, you authorize Plan N Cook to enable other users to create those permitted copies.
A permitted copy or fork created by another user may remain in that user's account even if:
- You later modify your original recipe.
- You remove your original recipe.
- You make your original recipe private.
- You delete your Plan N Cook account.
Deleting an original recipe does not require Plan N Cook to delete independently created permitted copies or forks held by other users.
12. Account Deletion and Public Content
You may request deletion of your account by contacting:
When your account is deleted, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized subject to applicable legal requirements.
Content you previously chose to make public may remain available through Plan N Cook after account deletion.
If public content remains, identifying information associated with your deleted account will be removed or anonymized as appropriate.
Copies and forks created by other users may remain.
13. Your Responsibilities for User Content
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit, publish, or share the User Content you provide.
You may not submit content that:
- Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Was copied unlawfully from another website, publication, or creator.
- Contains malicious software.
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading.
- Violates another person's privacy.
You are responsible for the User Content you submit.
14. Recipes and Copyright
Recipes can involve different types of content with different intellectual-property protections.
While basic ingredient lists, facts, and cooking concepts may not receive the same copyright protection as original creative expression, photographs, introductions, stories, descriptions, and original expressive recipe instructions may be protected.
Do not copy another person's protected recipe text, photographs, articles, or other creative content without authorization.

If you believe content available through Plan N Cook infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:

We may remove or restrict access to material that we reasonably believe infringes another person's rights.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use Plan N Cook for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
- Attempt to circumvent Plan N Cook security.
- Introduce malware or malicious code.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services.
- Systematically scrape or extract substantial portions of Plan N Cook without permission.
- Use automated systems in a manner that places unreasonable demands on our infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person.
- Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading content.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Use the Services to distribute spam or abusive content.
- Attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, or other Plan N Cook systems through deceptive means.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
17. Plan N Cook Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and identified third-party materials, Plan N Cook and its original software, design, branding, text, graphics, databases, functionality, and other content are owned by or licensed to Infinidyn Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Plan N Cook intellectual property to you.
You may use the Services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Plan N Cook may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, products, advertisements, or services.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products or services.
Your interactions with third parties may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Advertising and Commercial Content
Plan N Cook may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or other commercial material in the future.
Where required by law, sponsored or affiliate content will be appropriately identified.
Plan N Cook is not responsible for products or services offered by third-party advertisers.
20. Availability and Changes to the Services
We aim to keep Plan N Cook available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, development, legal compliance, or other operational purposes.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe:

- The account is being used unlawfully.
- The account creates a security risk.
- The account is being used fraudulently or abusively.
- Suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect Plan N Cook or others.
You may stop using Plan N Cook at any time.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLAN N COOK AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY OF EVERY RECIPE, DIETARY CLASSIFICATION, NUTRITIONAL CALCULATION, MEAL PLAN, SHOPPING LIST, USER CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER ITEM OF INFORMATION.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFINIDYN INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF PLAN N COOK.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinidyn Inc. from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from User Content you submit, your unlawful use of the Services, or your material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
Where available, you may manage non-essential technologies through Cookie Settings.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Plan N Cook evolves.
The "Last Updated" date at the beginning identifies the latest revision.
If changes materially affect existing users' rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence provide rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted by these Terms, those rights remain unaffected.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
