Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Big Herb Blend
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper

- 5 day-old biscuits, cut into 1-inch cubes

Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, toss the cubed biscuits with the oil, herbs, and onion and garlic powders. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread the croutons evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.

Rotate the baking sheet and bake until the croutons are lightly golden brown, an additional 7 to 8 minutes.
