Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Place a small skillet over medium heat and add: 2 tablespoons dried thyme; (2 teaspoons dried marjoram)

  2. Step 2.

    Toast, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a spice grinder and let cool completely. Add to the spice grinder: 1 tablespoon ground sumac

  3. Step 3.

    Grind until fine. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in: 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
