- Soften 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup wild cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Step 1.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened, and 3 tablespoons honey. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed.

Add ½ cup finely chopped wild cranberries, ⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts, the zest from 1 orange, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon to the butter mixture. Mix on medium speed until all ingredients are evenly incorporated, about 1 minute.

Transfer the cranberry-orange butter to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month. Serve at room temperature on warm bread.
