Prepare

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Prepare thick-cut fries according to your preferred recipe and set aside.

  2. Step 2.

    Take a poppy seed bun and set it aside.

  3. Step 3.

    Cook an all-beef hot dog by simmering in water or panfrying on a flattop until heated through and lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes.

    Place the cooked hot dog in the poppy seed bun.

    Top the hot dog with a single line of yellow mustard, a handful of diced white onions, a few whole sport peppers, and one or two spoonfuls of classic relish.

    Add as many thick-cut fries as the hot dog will hold on top, or serve the fries on the side.
