Step 1.
In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling white wine, 2 cups pineapple juice, and ½ cup orange juice. Stir gently with a long spoon until well combined, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.

Fill champagne flutes or wine glasses about two-thirds full with the mimosa mixture. Garnish each glass by sliding an orange slice and a pineapple slice onto the rim, then serve immediately.
