Melon And Feta Salad
A refreshing salad combining sweet melons with salty feta cheese, dressed with lime, honey, and Indian spices. Perfect for a light summer dish.

- 0.25 watermelon peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 honeydew melon peeled, deseeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 200 g feta cheese cut into 1cm/½in pieces
- 1 lime juiced
- 14.8 ml runny honey
- 1.23 ml ground cumin
- 2.46 ml chaat masala or salt
- 1 bunch mint leaves picked and finely chopped

- 1 bunch mint, leaves picked and finely chopped

Step 1.
Place the watermelon pieces, honeydew melon pieces, and feta cheese cubes in a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Transfer the mixture to a serving platter.
