Prepare

  • 0.25 watermelon, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, deseeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g feta cheese, cut into 1cm/½in pieces
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1 bunch mint, leaves picked and finely chopped

    Place the watermelon pieces, honeydew melon pieces, and feta cheese cubes in a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Transfer the mixture to a serving platter.

    Drizzle the lime juice evenly over the melon and cheese, then drizzle the honey over the top.
