  • 150 ml plain yoghurt
  • 150 ml whole or semi-skimmed milk
  • salt

Prepare

  • 1 lime, juice of
  • Chop 29.6 ml fresh mint leaves

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    If using canned mango slices, drain them and place in a food processor. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. If using canned mango pulp, skip this step and proceed directly to the next step.

  2. Step 2.

    Add the plain yoghurt, milk, lime juice, and chopped fresh mint leaves to the mango pulp in the food processor. Add a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and well combined, about 20–30 seconds.

  3. Step 3.

    Divide the lassi evenly among 4 glasses. Serve immediately, garnished with extra mint if desired.
