- 142 g Champagne, chilled

Step 1.
Chill the Champagne and a Champagne flute in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Pour 5 ounces of chilled Champagne into the chilled Champagne flute.

Add 1 ounce of crème de cassis to the Champagne in the flute. The drink will turn a deep ruby color.

Garnish with a lemon twist by twisting the peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in or place it on the rim.
