    Prepare a medium-hot grill fire. Remove the stems from: 2 pounds mushrooms

  2. Step 2.

    Toss in a bowl with: ¼ cup olive oil; ½ teaspoon salt; ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Place the mushrooms on the grate (or in a grill basket) and grill, turning once, until tender, 5 to 8 minutes a side. Place on a large platter and garnish with: Chopped parsley

    Serve on garlic-rubbed toast as for Bruschetta, or as a side dish.
