Step 1.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet. Prepare the dough for Quick Cream Biscuits or Shortcakes, adding the optional sugar to the dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of ½ inch. Cut the dough with 3 sizes of round cutters: 3 inches, 1 ½ inches, and about ¾ inch. For each bunny, cut 1 large round, 3 medium, and 1 small round. Assemble, using the large biscuit for the body, one of the medium ones for the head, and the small one, rolled into a ball, for the tail. Flatten the remaining 2 medium biscuits slightly and shape into ovals for the ears. Place the bunnies on the baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
