  • 2 pack cream cheese
  • 4.93 ml Worcestershire sauce

Prepare

  • Chop 6 green onions
  • 2 pack dried beef, chopped into little bits

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

In a medium bowl, combine 2 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese (softened to room temperature), 6 chopped green onions (including tops), 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and all but ¼ cup of the chopped dried beef. Mix thoroughly with a fork or spatula until evenly distributed.

  2. Step 2.

Divide the mixture in half and shape each portion into a ball, or form all into one large ball. Roll the ball(s) in the reserved ¼ cup chopped dried beef, pressing gently to coat evenly.

  3. Step 3.

Wrap the cheese ball(s) tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving. Serve with crackers. The cheese ball(s) can also be frozen for up to 1 month; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
