Dried BEEF And Cheese Balls

- 2 pack cream cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- Chop 6 green onions
- 2 pack dried beef, chopped into little bits

Step 1.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese (softened to room temperature), 6 chopped green onions (including tops), 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and all but ¼ cup of the chopped dried beef. Mix thoroughly with a fork or spatula until evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture in half and shape each portion into a ball, or form all into one large ball. Roll the ball(s) in the reserved ¼ cup chopped dried beef, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Wrap the cheese ball(s) tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving. Serve with crackers. The cheese ball(s) can also be frozen for up to 1 month; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
