Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound cooked crab meat (real or imitation), ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 stalks diced celery, 1 small diced red onion, 1 small diced red bell pepper, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Step 2.

    Arrange 4 small romaine lettuce leaves on a serving platter or individual plates. Scoop the crab salad mixture evenly into each lettuce leaf, dividing it among the cups.

  3. Step 3.

    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley over the filled lettuce cups. Serve immediately.
