  • 473 ml fresh Chinese mustard greens, finely chopped
  • Mince 9.86 ml garlic
  • Mince 9.86 ml fresh ginger

Let's Cook

    Prepare the Dumpling Dough according to the recipe.

    While the dough is resting, make the Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce and set aside.

    To make the filling, in a medium bowl, combine 1 pound ground beef (80 percent lean), 2 cups finely chopped fresh Chinese mustard greens (leaves and stalks), 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger. Stir until well combined. Set the filling aside.

    Fill the dumpling wrappers with the prepared filling, following the instructions in 'Making Dumplings'.

    Cook the dumplings by boiling, steaming, or panfrying according to the 'Cooking Dumplings' instructions. Serve with the Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce.
