- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Prepare
- 2 cup fresh Chinese mustard greens, finely chopped
- Mince 2 tsp garlic
- Mince 2 tsp fresh ginger

Step 1.
Prepare the Dumpling Dough according to the recipe.

While the dough is resting, make the Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce and set aside.

To make the filling, in a medium bowl, combine 1 pound ground beef (80 percent lean), 2 cups finely chopped fresh Chinese mustard greens (leaves and stalks), 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, and 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger. Stir until well combined. Set the filling aside.
