Baked Quinces
Baked quinces are a simple dessert where the fruit is halved, cored, and baked until tender, then stuffed with a sweet mixture of brown sugar, breadcrumbs, walnuts, and lemon zest. The quinces are baked again until the filling is set, and can be served hot or chilled.
