A satiny, healthy condiment made from avocado, cashew crema, and coconut milk. Perfect for drizzling on tacos, ceviche, or using as a mayo substitute.

- 118 ml Cashew Crema
- 29.6 ml canned coconut milk
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1.23 ml sea salt

Step 1.
Combine the avocado, Cashew Crema, coconut milk, lime juice and zest, and sea salt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides and stir two or three times as needed.

Step 2.
Transfer the avocado espuma to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with a small corner snipped off for easy drizzling. Alternatively, transfer it to a small bowl and store until ready to use.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sea salt, black pepper, coconut sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked or sweet paprika, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, red chile flakes, cumin, and dried thyme until well combined.

Store the jerk seasoning in an airtight spice jar in the pantry. Use within 3 months.
