  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh finely ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp smoked or sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp red chile flakes
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

  2. Step 2.

Transfer the avocado espuma to a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with a small corner snipped off for easy drizzling. Alternatively, transfer it to a small bowl and store until ready to use.

  3. Step 3.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sea salt, black pepper, coconut sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked or sweet paprika, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, red chile flakes, cumin, and dried thyme until well combined.

  4. Step 4.

Store the jerk seasoning in an airtight spice jar in the pantry. Use within 3 months.
