- 0.5 medium papaya peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 118 ml nut milk or carton coconut milk beverage
- 118 ml cashew yogurt
- 14.8 ml fresh lime juice
- 4.93 ml coconut sugar
- 118 ml ice
- 2 vine-ripened tomatoes or heirloom tomatoes
- 1 small white onion peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 serrano chile pepper stemmed and sliced (with seeds)
- 1 Scotch bonnet chile pepper stemmed, halved, and seeded
- 2 clove garlic peeled
- 4.93 ml sea salt
- 1.23 ml ground cumin
- 0.25 bunch fresh cilantro chopped

- Peel 2 clove garlic
- Chop 0.25 bunch fresh cilantro

Peel, seed, and cube half a medium papaya to yield about 1 cup of cubes.
