A Michelada is a popular Mexican beverage made with beer, lime, and tomato or Clamato juice. This easy mix combines V-8 juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice for a refreshing cocktail. Serve over beer with a salted rim.

- 1 original V-8 juice
- 59.1 ml Texas Pete or Crystal hot sauce
- 59.1 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 177 ml lime juice
- Kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Step 1.
Dampen the rim of a pint glass with a cut lime, then roll the rim in kosher salt and pepper (or La Valentina chili and lime powder).

Fill the glass three-quarters full with Dixie Lager beer.

In a pitcher that holds at least 2 quarts, stir together 1 (46-ounce) bottle original V-8 juice, ¼ cup Texas Pete or Crystal hot sauce, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, and ¾ cup juice from about 5 limes. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
