  • 59.1 ml Texas Pete or Crystal hot sauce
  • 59.1 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 177 ml lime juice
  • Kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Dampen the rim of a pint glass with a cut lime, then roll the rim in kosher salt and pepper (or La Valentina chili and lime powder).

    Fill the glass three-quarters full with Dixie Lager beer.

  3. Step 3.

    In a pitcher that holds at least 2 quarts, stir together 1 (46-ounce) bottle original V-8 juice, ¼ cup Texas Pete or Crystal hot sauce, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, and ¾ cup juice from about 5 limes. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  4. Step 4.

    Top the beer with the Michelada mix. Garnish with a lime wedge.
