Spicy Bloody Mary
A spicy homemade Bloody Mary made with tomato juice, fresh horseradish, and pepperoncini brine. Perfect for brunch or curing a hangover.

- 29.6 ml fresh lemon juice

- 7.39 ml prepared horseradish squeezed dry
- 2.46 ml Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 2.46 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 0.62 ml celery seeds
- 2 small pepperoncini peppers
- 3.7 ml pepperoncini brine
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 177 ml tomato juice
- 59.1 ml vodka
- 0.5 small seedless cucumber cut into sticks

Prepare
- 7.39 ml prepared horseradish, squeezed dry
- 0.5 small seedless cucumber, cut into sticks

Step 1.
In a large measuring cup or pitcher, combine 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, ½ tablespoon prepared horseradish (squeezed dry), ½ teaspoon Tabasco or other hot sauce, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ⅛ teaspoon celery seeds, ¾ teaspoon pepperoncini brine, and a pinch each of kosher salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Add ¾ cup tomato juice and ¼ cup vodka to the pitcher. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.

Rub the rims of two glasses with lemon wedges, then dip each rim into celery salt to coat. Fill the glasses with ice.

Pour the Bloody Mary mixture evenly into the prepared glasses. Garnish each with cucumber sticks, pepperoncini peppers, and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
