Let's Prepare

Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.

  • 1 Piece of Salmon with the Skin On
  • 2 Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • Dill

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Mix 2 parts Dijon mustard to 1 part olive oil and dill.

  2. Step 2.

    Coat the top of the fish with the mustard mixture.

  3. Step 3.

    Start the smoker and let it stand on smoke for 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4.

    Oil the grill on the smoker.

  5. Step 5.

    Check the P setting; it should be set to P5 to achieve 160°F.

  6. Step 6.

    Place the fish on the smoker and smoke for 3-4 hours.
