Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or pan with aluminum foil and lightly coat the foil with olive oil.

Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the oiled foil. Pour 3 tablespoons of lemon juice over each fillet and sprinkle lightly with black pepper.
