    Prepare Steak Fajitas, substituting 1 ½ pounds peeled and deveined shrimp for the steak. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Broil or sauté the shrimp until firm and pink, 4 to 5 minutes. Or, to grill, thread onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for 1 hour and grill as directed in Grilled or Broiled Shrimp or Scallops I.
