Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

  2. Step 2.

    In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper over medium heat until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Step 3.

    Add wasabi and soy sauce to the skillet with the bell pepper, stirring to combine.

  4. Step 4.

    Sprinkle cornstarch over the mixture and stir continuously until the liquid thickens and coats the bell pepper, about 1-2 minutes.

  5. Step 5.

    Return the cooked salmon to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
