Mowgli SLAW
A sweet and tangy red cabbage slaw with raisins and a mustardy dressing, perfect as a side for curry. Quick to prepare with a 15-minute resting time.

- 1 large red chilli deseeded and thinly sliced
- 150 g raisins
- 1 bunch fresh coriander/cilantro leaves and stalks roughly chopped

Prepare
- 1 small red cabbage, quartered, cored and finely shredded
- 2 small red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large red chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 1 bunch fresh coriander/cilantro, leaves and stalks roughly chopped

Step 1.
Quarter, core, and finely shred the red cabbage. Thinly slice the red onions. Deseed and thinly slice the red chilli. Roughly chop the coriander leaves and stalks.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced onions, sliced chilli, raisins, and chopped coriander.

Add the Mowgli Salad Dressing to the bowl and toss everything together until well coated. Season with a pinch of salt to taste.
