  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • cayenne

Prepare

  • 1/4 cup Meyer lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 lemon slices, thin

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

In a small saucepan, combine 1½ cups water and ⅓ to ½ cup honey. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the honey.

  2. Step 2.

Divide the hot toddy mixture between two 12-ounce mugs. Top each mug with a thin lemon slice and serve immediately.
