In a blender, combine 1 cup pitted green olives, ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, 2 cloves garlic, and ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
