Prepare
- 227 g elbow macaroni, cooked 7 minutes and drained

In a saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Whisk in 1 1/2 cups milk until smooth.

Add 2 tablespoons butter to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
