Let's Prepare

Collect

Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.

  • 8 9/11 oz liquid egg whites
  • 6 oz 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 3/13 oz rolled oats
  • 2 9/14 oz blueberries
  • 2/7 oz chia seeds
  • 2/11 oz natural almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zero-calorie sweetener
  • salt

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Add the rolled oats to a small saucepan and pour in approximately 100–120 ml water. Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring regularly with a spoon, until the oats have absorbed the water and thickened into a porridge-like consistency.

  2. Step 2.

Reduce the heat to low. While stirring the oats continuously, slowly pour in the liquid egg whites. Continue to cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the egg whites are completely cooked and the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Stir in the ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt. Add zero-calorie sweetener if desired.

  3. Step 3.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the oat mixture cool for 1–2 minutes. Stir in half of the Greek yogurt until fully incorporated, creating a creamy consistency. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.

  4. Step 4.

Top the oat mixture with the remaining Greek yogurt and the blueberries. Sprinkle over the chia seeds. Drizzle or spoon the almond butter over the top. Serve immediately.
