  1. Step 1.

    Prepare Simple Syrup. Remove the hot syrup from the heat and add 1 bunch mint or ¾ cup mint leaves. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Strain and let cool. Chill until needed. Store refrigerated for up to 1 month.
