Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.

  2. Step 2.

    Pour 1 ounce vodka and 4 ounces orange juice into the glass over the ice and stir briefly to combine.

  3. Step 3.

    Float ½ ounce Galliano on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass so it remains on the surface.

  4. Step 4.

    Serve immediately without stirring the Galliano into the drink.
