Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the thawed green beans, cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of fried onions, milk, grated Parmesan, and a pinch of ground pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Transfer the green bean mixture to a casserole dish and spread it into an even layer. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the center is set (not jiggly when gently shaken).
