Let's Cook

    In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish, 1 1/2 cups peeled, seeded, and finely crushed cucumber, and 4 thinly sliced spring onion whites. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
