A simple garlic-infused vinegar made by steeping smashed garlic cloves in warm cider or white wine vinegar. Use it in dressings, sauces, or anywhere a bright garlic kick is welcome.

- 12 garlic cloves, smashed
- 3 cups cider or white wine vinegar
Let's Cook

Step 1.
Add to a sterilized 1-quart canning jar: 12 garlic cloves, smashed

Step 2.
Slowly heat in a small saucepan to just below the boiling point: 3 cups cider or white wine vinegar

Step 3.
Pour into the jar and let the mixture cool. Seal, infuse, strain, and store as directed for Shallot-Herb Vinegar.
