Gather these ingredients - no prep needed yet.

  • 2 cups pureed fresh, frozen, or canned fruit, such as pineapple, berries, mango, peaches, or watermelon
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Stir together well in a medium bowl: 2 cups pureed fresh, frozen, or canned fruit, such as pineapple, berries, mango, peaches, or watermelon; 1 cup orange juice; 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste

  2. Step 2.

Pour the mixture into 3-ounce plastic or paper cups or molds made especially for ice pops. If using plastic or paper cups, place them on a rimmed baking sheet and cover with a sheet of plastic wrap after filling. Poke small holes in the plastic wrap above each cup and insert ice pop sticks into the holes. The plastic wrap will hold the sticks in place. Transfer the molds to the freezer. Freeze until solid, for at least 8 hours. Unmold the pops by briefly running the outside of the cups or molds under cool water or by dipping the molds in cool water until the pops easily release from the molds.
