Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Seed and chop ½ jalapeño. Measure ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin.

  2. Step 2.

In a blender, combine the chopped jalapeño, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt. Puree until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Step 3.

Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with additional salt if desired. Transfer to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
