Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

In a small saucepan, combine 65 g rolled oats, 200 ml skimmed milk, and a pinch of salt. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring frequently with a spoon or whisk, until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and are soft and creamy, about 5–7 minutes. Watch closely near the end to prevent sticking; the mixture should be thick but still spoonable.

  2. Step 2.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. While the oats are still hot, add 30 g chocolate whey and 5 g cocoa powder. Stir vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved and the oats are uniformly chocolate-colored and glossy. If the mixture seems too thick, stir in a splash more milk to loosen it slightly.

  3. Step 3.

Transfer the chocolate oats to a serving bowl. While the oats cool for a minute, prepare the toppings: slice 100 g banana into coins, and have 100 g Greek yogurt and 10 g peanut butter ready.

  4. Step 4.

Top the warm oats with the Greek yogurt, spreading it over one side or in a dollop. Arrange the banana slices over the yogurt, drizzle with 10 g peanut butter, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon to taste. Serve immediately while still warm.
