Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Preheat the broiler. Spray a small baking sheet or glass baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Step 2.

    Drizzle the tilapia fillets on both sides with extra-virgin olive oil and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Arrange the fillets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Step 3.

    Broil the tilapia until cooked through and the flesh flakes easily with a fork, about 6 to 8 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.

  4. Step 4.

    While the fish is broiling, make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, agave nectar or honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Whisk in the lemon juice and chopped fresh chives. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  5. Step 5.

    Transfer the tilapia to a serving platter and drizzle with the sauce.
