  • 29.6 ml coconut oil
  • 1.23 ml ground cinnamon
  • sea salt
  • 473 ml plain coconut yogurt
  • 237 ml berries of choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 118 ml granola
  • 59.1 ml nut butter of choice
  • 29.6 ml raw chopped almonds
  • 29.6 ml unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 29.6 ml cacao nibs
  • 14.8 ml chia seeds

Prepare

  • 2 bananas, halved lengthwise

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, warm 2 tablespoons coconut oil. Place the banana halves in the pan in a single layer. Sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes until the bananas start to turn golden brown. Turn off the heat.

  2. Step 2.

    Divide 2 cups plain coconut yogurt between two bowls. Top each bowl with half of the warm caramelized bananas, 1 cup berries of choice, ½ cup granola (if using), ¼ cup nut butter, 2 tablespoons raw chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, 2 tablespoons cacao nibs, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
