Bengali Fruit Chaat

- 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cored, flesh cut into small chunks
- 1 large mango, peeled and flesh cut into small chunks
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- Slice 200 g strawberries

Step 1.
Peel and segment the orange (or clementines). Peel, core, and cut the pineapple into small chunks. Peel and cut the mango into small chunks. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Slice the strawberries. Combine all the prepared fruit in a large serving bowl.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the fruit. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon chaat masala, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and if using, ¼ teaspoon black salt and ¼ teaspoon chilli powder.

Mix very gently with a large spoon to combine all the fruit and spices without crushing the fruit. Serve immediately.
