  • 237 ml all-purpose flour
  • 4.93 ml salt
  • 4.93 ml baking powder
  • 2.46 ml dried dill weed
  • 177 ml beer
  • 118 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 907 g cod fillets
  • 1.89 L vegetable oil

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and dill.

  2. Step 2.

    Add beer, milk, and eggs; mix well.

  3. Step 3.

    Place fish fillets in batter mixture, coat well, and let stand for 15 minutes.

  4. Step 4.

    Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  5. Step 5.

    Place fish in hot oil, and fry until golden brown. Cook fish in batches to maintain oil temperature.

    Serve.
