Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Moisten the rim of a chilled tall beer mug with a lime wedge. Pour pink Himalayan salt onto a plate and dip the rim of the mug into the salt to coat it.

  2. Step 2.

Add ½ teaspoon Valentina hot sauce, ¼ teaspoon Tabasco (2 dashes), 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning, ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice, and 2 fresh ripe cherry or grape tomatoes to the glass. Muddle the ingredients right in the glass for 30 seconds to smash the tomatoes and combine the flavors.

  3. Step 3.

Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour light Mexican beer over the ice until the glass is nearly full. Garnish with fresh lime wedges and a fresh oregano sprig. Serve the remaining beer on the side.
