- Chop 1 cup green onions
- 1 lb red potatoes, washed and chopped

Step 1.
Puncture 6 to 8 holes into the 3 to 4 pound boneless pork butt roast and stuff each hole with a garlic clove. Carefully place the roast into a 6-quart slow cooker.

Toss in 1 cup chopped green onions, then sprinkle 1 (0.75-ounce) package of ranch seasoning and 1 teaspoon ground black pepper all over the roast. Pour in 2 cups chicken broth. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 2 hours.
