PLANTER’S PUNCH

Step 1.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 2 ounces dark rum, 2 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces pineapple juice, and ½ ounce lime juice. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass.

Drizzle a dash of grenadine over the top of the drink; it will sink and create a layered effect.

Garnish with a Maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick or directly in the glass.
