Prepare

  • Chop 4 romaine hearts
  • Chop 2 roma tomatoes
  • Chop 59.1 ml green onions
  • Chop 6 cooked bacon
  • Slice 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 jumbo avocado, peeled and sliced

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup buttermilk, and ½ cup sour cream. Stir until smooth. Add ½ cup blue cheese crumbles, 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, and ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper. Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 2 hours.

    In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, and ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper. Stir to blend.

    Place 1 pound thin-cut chicken breast on a plate and sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over both sides. Set aside.

    While the chicken cooks or rests, chop 4 romaine hearts, 2 roma tomatoes, ¼ cup green onions, 6 slices cooked bacon, 3 hard-boiled eggs, and 1 jumbo avocado. In a large bowl, add the romaine lettuce, then top with tomatoes, green onions, bacon, eggs, avocado, ½ cup croutons, and the sliced chicken. Serve with the chilled blue cheese dressing.
